Seoul Design Competition “Design Is AIR” goal is to design environmentally-friendly designs for sustainable city life. The winner was announced last March 2008 and the competition four fields of design: Earth (Environment), Water (Communication in Flow), Wind (Experience in Media City Scape), Fire (Objects in Urban Culture).

Touch 360 is a product development firm with location in the USA and China. I’ve come across this site through one of my stumbles and their Ripple Faucet design caught my attention. The form is futuristic in a every sense of the word. It has a new form factor in it’s faucet design, it is lighted with two colors that indicates temperature. The light intensity also indicates flow of water. The inspiration was based from ripples on water. › Continue reading
